- 2 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old)

- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green chilies, sliced
- Spring onions for garnish
- Oil for cooking
Instructions

Heat oil in a wok or large pan.
