  • 2 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old)
  • 1 cup Mary Farms Frozen Sweet Corn
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green chilies, sliced
  • Spring onions for garnish
  • Oil for cooking

Instructions

    Heat oil in a wok or large pan.
